Crisis Management is one of the most important features of Legacy Safe, designed to ensure your wishes are carried out seamlessly after your death. This functionality ensures that everything you've prepared is delivered into the right hands at the right time, so your affairs can be handled with clarity, care, and confidence.

  • Name a secondary member as an App Executor who will gain full access to all files and folders needed to take care of the Primary Member’s affairs.


  • Primary Members can select more than one App Executor.


  • App Executors will only be allowed access to a Primary Member’s account after Crisis Management is verified.


  • Restricted permission settings for App Executors will apply prior to Crisis Management engagement.


  • Only Primary Members and App Executors will have access to the Crisis Management menu.


  • Crisis Management will only be used upon death of the Primary Member(s).


  • App Executors will upload the death certificate and/or link to online obituary upon death of Primary Member.


  • An account notification will go out to all members that Crisis Management has been activated.


  • Once verified by the Legacy Safe team, the App Executor(s) will have full access to the account.
