• Customer Service Contact for any issues accessing an account, software, issues, etc. 

• Automatic Notifications: In-app chat available for account members to send internal messages to one another, i.e. Primary Member lets the secondary member(s) know that they’ve uploaded a new file. Custom messages also allow Primary Members to alert an individual or select secondary members with text messaging on demand.
